WATERPROOFING SOLUTIONS FOR ROOFS AND CONNECTIONS
At critical transitions between different building materials, permanently elastic seals are required to compensate for varying material properties. High-quality liquid plastics can offer an ideal solution here. Without mechanical fastening, they can adapt to any geometry and adhere to almost any substrate.

Both systems are odorless, solvent-free, plasticizer-free, and alkali-resistant. They have W3 approval in accordance with ETAG 005 and are suitable for structural waterproofing. According to the FLL method, they are root-resistant.

Green roofing on flat or sloped roofs can be a key element in sustainable construction. FRANKEN SYSTEMS’ liquid plastics are free from plasticizers and solvents and carry multiple ecological certifications. They contain no biocides and absorb very little water.All FRANKEN SYSTEMS products can be used for green roof waterproofing.

WINDOW CONNECTIONS
Floor-level door and window connections demand flexible and highly reliable waterproofing solutions, tested in accordance with ift directive MO-01/1. Recessed frame constructions often complicate sealing in these areas.
